IF after i sign up in free account with giving my credit card info and all...does it starts charging us money automatically after free trail is over or verification is done for microsoft azure

    If you use services that require money (or your trial ends and you are still using resources that cost money or you exceed the free tier of a service) then yes you will be charged. Hence the need for the CC.
