Why does the pre-chat appear bottom left when the chat box appears bottom right?

How can I make the pre-chat survey appear bottom right like the chat box?

The learning path provides us with knowledge,and we are guided on how to engage in a chat survey through an image displayed on the interface. The chat survey situated on the left facilitates our understanding of the subject matter. However, modifications to the layout of the chat survey are not permitted as a result of our participation in the learning path. While we have the option to rectify any spelling errors or misconceptions within the learning path, it should be noted that the chat survey on the left serves exclusively to enhance our comprehension of concepts.
