Hi,

I have MS VS Professional which provides Developer E5 as a benefit when you create Microsoft 365 Developer account.

Sandbox is generated out of the box with admin user and some other fictitious ones:

Right after registration I was able to setup 2FA for administrator - and also login to office.com to download desktop products (admin.microsoft.com portal was also available).

Now I can't login using "Go to subscription" link, getting "More information required: Your organization needs more information to keep your account secure". Снимок экрана 2024-05-07 в 18.48.14

Clicking '"Next" and seeing: "You cannot access this right now: Your sign-in was successful but does not meet the criteria to access this resource. For example, you might be signing in from a browser, app, or location that is restricted by your admin."

  1. Resetting password didn't help
  2. I already deleted and immediately created new MS 365 Dev, didn't help: sandbox domain (tenancy) remains the same
  3. I already talked to 5 (!) different people on the phone support and ticket was bounced from one place to another:
  • Visual Studio subscription portal support
  • Office.com support
  • Data Protection support (today they even closed the ticket TrackingID#2404230040013771, lol)
  • General phone support
  • Developer subscription support

Eventually I was suggested to "ask a question" here, no idea how community gonna help me.

I stressed out a couple of times already like "could you guys just create new sandbox tenancy for me please?"

This case already took a couple of weeks...

Microsoft 365 and Office Install, redeem, activate For business Windows
