In general, the reason why free/busy information cannot be saved is that the mailbox attribute does not correctly refer to hidden messages in the mailbox. The hidden message contains information that is related to any of the following features:
- free/busy publishing
- delegate
- direct booking
To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods provided in the article to force a regeneration of free/busy information that is hidden in the mailbox.
