Execute an mp4 file from Container blob

Clearly clueless. Just uploaded to an Azure storage container, the family jpg and mp4 files for storage and occasional review. Now that I see Azure Media Services is being retired, curious how to simply run/execute mp4 files for viewing? Starting to experiment with MediaKind but suspect that's overkill. Must be obvious but it's blowing me.

Appreciate whatever assist someone might be willing to offer.

Appreciate the suggestion. Very new to Azure; not even sure from where I'd execute the above script and how to interface it with my desktop where my mp4 files are located. Maybe too much of your time to direct me to command line execution once I log into Azure. Or maybe a video link from someone that addresses these basics. Watched a few YouTube videos. Thanks!!

@Eric Ness You can see Media players for Media Services for other video player options.

Also, Both MediaKind and Ravnur offer dynamic packaging of existing AMS content without requiring the content to be reprocessed. If you decide not to use this option, you can convert your Media Services assets to CMAF format with HLS and DASH manifests using the open-source Azure Media Services Migration Tool.

This tool allows you to stream content directly from Azure Storage.
