    Hello Balayuvaraj M,

welcome to microsoft Q&A, thankyou for posting your query here.

When you delete a virtual machine or a resource group in Azure, the logs are stored in the Activity Log.

you access the logs through azure portal.

In Azure portal , select the resource group that contained the deleted virtual machine or resources.

In the left-hand menu, select "Activity log".

In the "Activity log" blade, you can filter the results by selecting the "Event initiated by " operation and select "User-name" who performed the deletion.

also you can filter the results by selecting the "operation" and search, select "delete virtual Machine".
