Automatically install app as a personal app

Hello, could someone help me with automatically installing an app as a personal app for users who add the bot to a channel in a team? For example, when Adobe Acrobat is added to a channel in a team, it is also automatically installed as a personal app for each user in that team. I understand that I can use the Microsoft Graph API to install the app in a personal scope, but this requires admin consent for certain permissions. However, I'm curious about how Adobe Acrobat achieves this without requiring admin consent when I add it to a channel in a team.
