I can't access the certification renewal.

Question

Hi,

If I want to go to the certification renewal I have the page where I can click on "See if you are eligible". I get the question to select my account and then it returns back to that page without any further information.

So I don't get the button to take the renewal.

The certificate is Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Functional Consultant Associate.

The Microsoft Q&A platform currently does not provide support for Azure Certifications inquiries. I would recommend that you seek assistance in the designated Microsoft Credentials forum instead.
