Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum!
I tried to repro the issue you described and found that it is not possible to directly separate the models. However, you can achieve separate models for each project without having to label the data by using the same trained Model ID for both sets of PDF files. Here are the steps to follow:
- Create a new project for the first set of PDF files, following the same steps used to create the first project.
- In the new project, browse or import the first set of PDF files.
- After running the layout analysis, click on the "Auto label" section and select the "Model ID" that was trained earlier for the two sets of PDF files.
- The system will use the trained model to label the data for the first set of PDF files.
- Follow the same process for the second set of PDF files.
- After training two different sets of PDF files, you will be able to achieve two separate models.
Essentially, this approach involves using the same trained model ID to label data for both sets of PDF files, but in separate projects. This will allow you to optimize the model for each layout and improve the accuracy.
