Is there a way to create a form using a shared mailbox?

I would like to create a form through a shared mailbox. Is there a way to go about doing this? Reason for this is so that responses are sent to this shared mailbox and not to my personal mailbox.

If not, is there a way to change the email in which responses are received, so I can create the form in my one drive.
