Our emails received from some recipients in junk mail

Good morning, in our Company we use Windows Server 2022 with Outlook 2019.

We ask for your kind support regarding an anomaly that concerns some e-mails that are sent by company senders (e.g. name.surname @ companyname.com, info @ companyname.com, etc.) which are received by recipients in the post office unsolicited.

The security certificate for Outlook has been correctly loaded but, after carrying out some tests, some emails are received by recipients in Junk Email.

What could cause the problem?

How and what can be done?

    Welcome to our forum!

    As i know, there's several factors which may cause this issue, just like Spam Trigger Keywords, Bad HTML Code,.ect.

    How and what can be done?

    You can contact the recipients to add your company domain or company senders to Safe list. Email addresses and domain names in the Safe Senders List are never treated as junk email, regardless of the content of the message. More information: Block or allow (junk email settings).
