I Completed All the modules of AZ-204 which is 28 modules but still showing 22 out of 28 (22/28).

In my experience sometimes the main page updates within minutes and other times it can take a couple of hours. I recommend you keep refreshing the page over the next few hours until you see that it shows 100%.
