As shown in the attached image, the actual time is already 18：25，The last update time for this file is still 17:10:06 on April 11, 2024. Use the command line interface below to query the log file. There is also a log at 18:08, indicating that the actual log has been updated，but the time displayed on the interface has not been updated.
May I ask what caused it?

The delay in log update time for Azure Web Apps occurs due to the nature of how log files and app data are managed.
Specifically, within the directory paths "D:\home\LogFiles" and "D:\home\Data," log files and application data are stored. These directories are initially stored locally on the VM instance where the web app is hosted. Periodically, the contents of these directories are copied to a shared content store.
While this copying process is in place to ensure some level of redundancy and backup, it's important to note that it operates on a best-effort basis. This means that there's no guarantee of immediate or flawless synchronization between the local storage and the shared content store. Consequently, in the event of a sudden crash or failure of the VM instance, there's a risk of losing some log files and data that were not yet copied to the shared store.
This delay in copying impacts log streaming as well. Log streaming, which involves the real-time transmission of log data from the application to an external monitoring or analytics service, may experience delays of up to one minute.
This delay is primarily due to the asynchronous nature of the copying process from the local storage to the shared content store.
