I cannot cancel my azure and keep getting a bill! its very expensive and i cant stop it

I haphazardly tried to explore on Azure, I have no technical background. I signed on for the free trial. I used it for a day because like I said I didn't understand anything. I have tried since April to cancel it unsuccessfully and keep getting an invoice. I apparently owe Azure 300USD which is too much money in my country! and if they check my usage, they can see I've done nothing since the 26th of April. Please can someone help. I have logged over 4 help requests and nothing.
