Trouble with booking or rescheduling Microsoft certification exams

I am receiving an error message when attempting to schedule my exam and Pearson VUE informed me that I have multiple accounts under my name causing issues. They recommended that I contact Microsoft to resolve the issue. Can someone please assist me? User's image
