Delays in email from Dotster to mail.protection.outlook.com

We have intermittent email delays which amount to 15 minutes every time.

This happens when sending from Dotster hosted IP to 0365, only for mail.onmicrosoft.com address'.

I have ran a header analyzer and notice 15 minute delay there.
