    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Here are some of my suggestions for this issue:

Firstly, ensure that the connection between your MacBook Pro and Windows Server AD server is normal and that the device has successfully joined the domain. Secondly, ensure that your MacBook Pro supports fingerprint recognition and is set up correctly. Then, please ensure that the appropriate biometric policy has been enabled in Group Policy Management on Windows Server 2019 and is applicable to the organizational unit (OU) or group where your MacBook Pro is located.

If the above steps have been checked and configured correctly, but the fingerprint recognition function still cannot be used, it is recommended to further check whether the fingerprint hardware driver on MacBook Pro is installed properly and compatible with Windows Server AD server. If everything is normal but the problem still persists, you may need to contact Apple support for more detailed technical support and debugging assistance.

    Best regards,

    Jill Zhou
