Setup Windows 11 in KIOSK mode, single application. Setup Microsoft Edge as the application with 3 urls as start pages. Would rather have Favorites or bookmarks to access additional sites. I am unable to access favorites,

Favorites were setup in Microsoft Edge for the Kiosk user before turning on Kiosk option. local user.
Tried adding Favorites while in Kiosk mode. No error when adding but still unable to access.
Is there a way to access Favorites or bookmarks in Microsoft Edge while in Kiosk Mode?
