I am stuck!!! I have an onmicrosoft.com account.
I changed my phone and it did not transfer the apps to the authenticator app.
I now am unable to access the account.
What is the solution? Unfortunately, I am the admin account! In order to get past any stage, it asks for authentication in order to proceed.
