Enabled AD attributes is missing. Tried running AD powershell to get all properties but no help.

There is no AD "Enabled" attribute.
If you are referring to verifying whether a user object is enabled or disabled, that's implemented as part of the userAccountControl attribute.

This is what i get when running the script with useraccountcontrol equals to 514 and we have a lot of users that were disabled.
That's precisely the value that designates a disabled user account. Refer to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-server/active-directory/useraccountcontrol-manipulate-account-properties
