Restart your computer: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve display issues because the system refreshes the user login screen information on startup.
Check the account type: Verify that the second account is a standard user account, not a guest account. Guest accounts may not appear on the login screen.
Verify user creation: Check whether the second account was successfully created under Control Panel > User Accounts.
Use Ctrl+Alt+Delete: At the login screen, try pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete and see if the "Switch User" option appears. From there you may be able to find and select a second account to log in to.
