2 accounts?

im trying to add a 2nd account or user to log into and for some reason no matter what i do the only users or accounts that will show up is only the first account and their are 2 of them one has a pin password option and the other one has every other type of passwords that you can use.

You may try adding a Local account.

Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run menu.

Type netplwiz and press Enter.

Click Add.

Select Sign in without a Microsoft account.

Click Next.

Choose a username and password for the new account.

Click Next and then Finish.
