I Lost my phone & cannot receive Authenticator code on my New Phone

Hi Hope you are well, I unfortunately lost my phone. Whenever I wanna sign in to my account it requires me to enter the code sent in my microsoft authenticator app. I wanted to reset my authenticator app in the additional security verification panel but I cant access it because it needs the code sent to my authenticator app to open. I reinstalled the Microsoft Authenticator app in my new phone and tried the recover account option but it just shows that my account does not exist .

    I 'd call the global number for support and reset the access.
