Regarding patch, and reboot status for Azure virtual machines using PowerShell, you can use the following script:

# Connect to Azure
Connect-AzAccount

# Set the subscription context 
Set-AzContext -SubscriptionId <SubscriptionId>

# Get all virtual machines in the subscription $vms = Get-AzVM

# Initialize an array to store the report data $report = @()

# Loop through each virtual machine foreach ($vm in $vms) {
