It seems that your published branch and live mode are having issues. Please try switching to live mode to see if you can see all the MPEs.
If the live and collab branches are not identical, please make sure to take a backup of your repository and try to 'Overwrite Live Mode,' which will replace the live mode code with content from the collab branch.
also some times it could be an intermittent issue for the state "Refreshing" (I have seen cases it takes long time in this state)
