TENANT LOCKOUT (URGENT) / Faulty Conditional Access Policy

Hello,

Due to a faulty Conditional Access policy, not all of our admin users can access our tenant.

We need to remove one of our global admin users from the exclude this policy. The case has been escalated to higher authorities but still no progress has been made. Since it is a big problem, the internal functioning of the company is affected.

We are urgently waiting for the Data protection team to reach us and support us in solving the problem.

When I looked at previous cases, I saw that you can get faster support here. I am waiting for your urgent support.
