PL 300 Reschedule and technical issue

I scheduled my exam for today, arrived on time, and completed the system check-in process. However, when the proctor was assigned to me, she was unable to hear me. I attempted a few times, but each time I saw a pop-up that said, "reschedule your exam and given a link," it took me to my Microsoft profile, where I couldn't find anything under credentials.
Also, if it passes the system check in (microphone) then why she not able to hear, could you please advise me on how to reschedule my exam, or if not, please provide me a refund? I hope you understand.
