    The errorlog you posted seems incomplete. That is, I would expect some error messages that explains why SQL Server does not start. (Which is the gist of the message "Wait on the Database Engine recovery handle failed.")

    If you are on Windows 11, there is a known issue where Windows 11 for some disk drives reports a sector size that SQL Server does not cope with. Microsoft has published an article with workarounds for the problem. But since I don't have the complete errorlog, I cannot say whether you are running into that problem. (I don't even know if you are on Windows 11, since in the errorlog Windows 11 is presented as Windows 10.)

    Additionally, regarding the sector issue mentioned by Erland, you could try to fix it by modifying the registry options.
