Hi,

I want to save the system image to N: disk, but I can't find it in the list, and when I select a disk to save it, I find that many disks are checked by default, so I don't have any disk to save the image file. I would like to know what causes these drives to be checked by default (and cannot be unchecked), or how to uncheck them, and how to solve this situation.

I just want to save the system image file on the N: drive. Thanks图片

    Hi 耀聪 王,

Thanks for your post. Generally speaking, as an exact copy of the computer’s entire partition (hard drive), the system image includes every item of data in the partition: operating system, hardware drivers, installed software, settings, and so on.

From your screenshot, your syetem partition should be scattered in C:,Y:,N:,E and EFI, which is not allowed to be unchecked. Then considering the backup should be located to seperate disk, so the available disks for the backup is F:, G:, I:, L:, O.

    Best Regards,

    Ian Xue
