I'm unable to reschedule my exam and not found any threads regarding it and not found any option to do. Not able to contact anyone regarding this issue.

Someone please help me on it?

Did you ask your question on the Microsoft Credentials forum using the link I gave you above? I searched over there for your name and didn't see anything.

There is no direct contact. You have to ask question over there, and when they reply, respond back. Sometimes their email notification system doesn't work so it is best to manually check your question every day to see if they replied.They usually respond within 1 business day.

Okay, it's been less than 2 hours since you created your question. Their typical response time is within 24 business hours, and their business hours don't start for another roughly 4 hours from now.

Recommend you wait say, 8 hours, check to see if they responded, if not, wait couple more hours, check again, etc.

Okay , Thank You. Will it effect the timeline for me to reschedule or if i need to pay again for the exam. these are all my concerns. Paying multiple times for a single exam is not a good thing

Unsure what the answer to your question is.

The support moderators over there in Credentials forum are the ones that deal with exam issues/questions. I've not experienced your specific issue or I would be able to tell you precisely how the process works.I have taken many exams and I try to take advantage of every discount possible since even with discounts I've spent ton of money.

Hope they resolve it so you don't have to pay again.

I read your description of what happened over in your Credentials question, and I doubt they will make you pay again, since it wasn't your fault. It is up to the support moderator though.

For what it's worth, I prefer to always take exams at physical testing center to avoid problems. I know that isn't always convenient or possible for many people.

Where i used my voucher there to schedule exam and now i need to pay a full amount if this is not solved in a proper way which it needs to reschedule the exam. Not received any proper mail regarding it
