Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run menu.

    Type gpedit.msc and press Enter.

In the Group Policy Editor window, navigate to the following location:

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Storage Sense

Look for the policy named "Allow Storage Sense."

Double-click the "Allow Storage Sense" policy.

If the policy is set to "Disabled," change it to "Enabled."

Click "Apply" and then "OK" to save the changes.

    Hi Luke,

Thanks for your post. Please try to open services.msc > go to Storage Service > right-click > Properties > change the Startup type to Automatic (Delayed Start) > OK > then on left side select Start the service.

    Best Regards,

    Ian Xue
