Hi, I'm having trouble while accessing my work account on my new device. My older device with authenticator has broken and I'm no longer can access it. Now when I try to login with my work profile, it's asking for authentication on my old device. How to recover my account now.

2024-05-14T10:25:56.91+00:00 Actually, I've contacted my organisation and they've removed the authenticator from verification lists. So I could able to login to my new device with my work profile. Somehow Microsoft would provide a better recovery solution from user side to regain the profile back in these situations as well. Thanks.
