I have desktop and laptop both are log in with my MS account, and the desktop is set up successfully with port 3389, and the laptop is 3390, but I have trouble to log in with the laptop, it will keeps saying log in fail..

I am using exactly the same log in with the desktop, and the desktop is working fine, but not the laptop.
I see that the process is stuck on 'securing connection,' which means your network is fine. Please check your authentication settings (domain/service).

the desktop and the laptop are using exactly same log in, why the desktop is working fine by using the same log in username and password but not the laptop??
