I had opened port in firewall And i had added rule in NSG But the port still not opened. Can someone give me the solution, thanks a lot

Thank you alot, i have check my serivce which served in 1234, and i have checked the error logs. There is some error prevent the service, because i use try/except to run the service so it didn't shut donw the service and countinue running. Many thanks to you sir
