Application Gateway Infinite Refreshes

Hi Support Team,
I deployed an Azure Container App behind an Application Gateway. I am able to access it using the Application Gateway public IP. The issue is that the page seems to be infinitely refreshing in browser.
Any idea what might be the cause?

- Is the issue reproducible when you directly access the Container Apps without using App Gatewat?
- When you say "infinitely refreshing" - do you mean the browser's refresh icon is always spinning?
- Or there are infinite redirects? i.e., 3XX Errors from Dev Tools.
- You may open the dev tools and see if there is any resource (like png or jpeg or gif) that keeps on loading once your main site is accessed
- Can you share a screenshot of the Dev Tools so as we may better understand the issue.

- Right now, the Container Apps reside in an internal Container Apps Environment, so I cannot access them without going through App Gateway. But when they were in an external Container Apps Environment and I could access them directly by the URL, the issue was not reproducible.
- I will attach in the conversation a screen capture depicting the sequence of network calls between 2 refreshes (or possibly redirects)
- Also not sure how relevant it is, but the health of the App Gateway backend is determined using a custom probe, which interprets 404 as successful

- It's quite impossible to say it from the screenshot.
- Wrt custom probe, isn't that configurable?
- I would suggest strongly against having 4XX as an accepted healthy HTTP Status
