Dynamic user membership type

I am on a trial P2 license for Msc Entra. When creating a New Group, I am unable to assign a Dynamic user membership type. Why?

    Make sure that the license is assigned to the user account you are using to perform this action. Consider signing out and signing back to ensure that the license assignment takes effect

    To assess the status of your license, please verify if the P2 trial is active within your tenant. You can typically find this information in the Azure portal under "Subscriptions" or "Billing."

    Additionally, it would be helpful if you could confirm whether the account used to access the Microsoft Enterprise Admin Center is assigned either the Global Administrator or User Administrator role within the tenant.
