Teams App inside New Teams not loading

Good morning Microsoft Teams community, I am reaching out to kindly request your assistance regarding an issue we are experiencing with the new Teams. (Microsoft Teams version 24091.214.2846.1452.)

Following the "upgrade" to the new Teams application, we have encountered an unexpected problem with an application developed within Teams (and using the Developer Portal - https://dev.teams.microsoft.com), which is based on SharePoint lists.

Regrettably, for certain users, this application fails to load properly. This issue is random. Despite our efforts, including updating Teams to the latest versions, we have been unable to resolve the situation.

Interestingly, some users with identical software releases do not encounter the issue, while others do. Furthermore, in some instances, the problem resolves itself automatically for affected users.

To address this issue, we have attempted the following approaches with users experiencing the problem:

  • Logging out and logging back into the new Teams application.
  • Clearing the cache in Teams.
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling Office 365/Teams.

Notably, when changing the Windows profile (while retaining the same credentials), the application within Teams functions normally.

As this application is crucial to our operations, we are eager to restore its reliability, akin to its performance on the previous Teams platform.

    Hello Chetan,

    Thank you for your response to my question.

    We are experiencing this issue on both the Desktop and Web clients, but not on the mobile version of Teams (Android).

    I am not sure which logs might be helpful for you in this situation.

    Essentially, I created a personal app with four links to SharePoint pages.
