how can i trigger a email when a new data assets are added in purview.

In Azure Purview, if the new assets are added or deleted in the data sources, it should show a notification through email (outlook). It can be performed or not, and if yes, give me the complete workflow up to date.

while doing scanning in azure purview , if the new data assets added or deleted in the scanned data sources, the email has to be triggered , how it can be done.

As I mentioned earlier, kafka notification is your best tool when new data assets are added or deleted.

You can also use the workflow automation feature within Microsoft Purview.

Workflows are automated, repeatable business processes that users can create within Microsoft Purview to validate and orchestrate CUD (create, update, delete) operations on their data entities. Enabling these processes allows organizations to track changes, enforce policy compliance, and ensure quality data across their data landscape.
