Can’t add my personal Microsoft account in Microsoft Authenticator

Hi everyone, can you please help? I bought iPad and wanted to login into my Skype account which I have created using phone number, not email. I have entered phone and password - the same as I always do on the laptop or smartphone. But on iPad Microsoft asked me to enter code from MS Authenticator. To do that I needed to add my MS account there which I use for Skype. I clicked on Add personal account in MS Authenticator, added phone number and password and…It asked me to add code from MS Authenticator! But it’s impossible as you understand. So, I can’t login into Skype because it asks me to enter code from MS Authenticator, but I can’t add my personal account in MS Authenticator to receive code for it because it asks me to add code from MS Authenticator for this action too. I tried to use code on mobile number, but I never received OTP code on it, tried around 10 times. How to resolve the issue?
