I am currently testing the Global Secure Access Client on MacOS utilizing the MacOS client. However, I have encountered an error within the client checklist, specifically pertaining to the status indicators for "Tunnelling Succeeded" and "Edge Listening," both of which display as "No." I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue. For your reference, I have attached a couple of images illustrating the encountered error. Any guidance or solutions provided would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.Screenshot 2024-05-13 162136

    @sharon s selvin

    Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A, from above description and screenshot I could see that you are facing issues while trying to run Global Secure Access client on MacOS and getting the error while trying to connect to the tunnel.

    Kindly validate if the following prerequisites are met:

    • Ensure that SSO is enable, as documented here.
    • Make sure that your device is registered to Entra ID by opening the company portal and signing in with your Entra ID user. Enroll MacOS

    Try resetting the connection:

    1. Go to "Global Secure Access Client" tray icon, keeping "option" or "alt" button pressed. This option isn't available in normal menu.
    2. Click "Reset User Defaults".
    3. This will launch for user to provide authentication.
    4. Client application will close and launch itself.

    Still if the issue persists kindly validate the logs by navigating to: ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.naas.globalsecure-df/Data/Library/Logs

    Thanks,
