impossible to get to my Authenticator of my email. it's a loop of problem

I want to connect to my email in authenticator, and it gives me a 2 digit number I can't put inside the authenticator as it's not added fully yet. so basically looping on itself. no other options.
here my email I want to connect to. jeanpaulpaloux@freshknife499.onmicrosoft.com
I know the password to connect, but still there is that second step using Authenticator and that part can't seems to work. I have no other options I can access.
