    @Evans, Danny,Thanks for posting in Q&A.

    From your description, I know you want to delete stale records in Intune automatically.

    Based on my researching, we can configure Device Cleanup rules in Intune to automatically remove devices that haven’t checked in for several days.

    Here is a link you can refer.

    https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/device-management-in-microsoft/using-intune-device-cleanup-rules-updated-version/ba-p/3760854#:~:text=The%20Intune%20feature%20%E2%80%9CDevice%20clean,device%20records%20from%20Intune%20automatically.

    Hope it will help.

    Hello Evans, Danny,

    Thanks for your question.

    Yes, you can configure Intune to automatically remove devices that appear to be inactive, stale, or unresponsive.

    To do this please follow the steps below:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft Intune admin center.
    2. Choose Devices > Device cleanup rules > Yes.
    3. In the Delete devices that haven't checked in for this many days box, enter a number between 30 and 270.
    4. Choose Save.

    This is documented here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/remote-actions/devices-wipe#automatically-delete-devices-with-cleanup-rules

    Please let me know if you have further questions
