Stuck in loop authenticathor in an admin acount

I have an onmicrosoft.com account, it is an admin account.
I logout my accont of the authenticator app so i could login in another phone, and now am unable to access the account, the athenticator app is no longer working.
If i try to login again even in the old celphone it asks the autenthicator code. And I can't access it.
What is the solution? Unfortunately, I am the admin account! In order to get past any stage, it asks for authentication in order to proceed.
