Azure DevOps's pipeline, the log shows that he had sent two mails successfully, but I only received one.

Question

I set one pipeline in Azure DevOps and it will run twice daliy( one in test environment and the other one in production environment), and it will sent two emails once it run over(whether it run successfully or not and the items unmapped(about our bussiness)). I didn't get any errors message these days and I received two emails normally which sent back about the test environment, but I only received one email about production environment. I had checked the log, and it showed that it had sent two emails successfully. I am not sure what wrong about this, test environment and production environment use the same code(about send the email) with different parameters.
