restore a project server database

I have done fresh installation of project server 2019.

current server is also project server 2019.

Please let me know how to do restore DB of current server into new server.

Which DB's required to restore?

Which prerequisites required to check ?

    1.Here are three methods to backup and restore project server: SQL Server tools, SharePoint Central Administration and Microsoft PowerShell.
