The issue should be related to the system environment.
Here are several possible reasons:
- Insufficient disk space, ensure the backup directory has enough space.
- Insufficient permissions, unable to properly access the backup files, or no operational authority over the backup path.
- The backup file directory cannot be the root directory of the disk.
Did you execute the command through the SSMS UI interface? Make sure the target file name is correct.
