My exam was scheduled on 9th of MAY 2024 at 3:00 PM IST. Proctor suspended my exam saying I was using phone. I was not using anything. I already showed him my entire space. I contacted PearsonVue support, they are saying I will have to pay again for exam. I am unable to pay again. Can some help me here Its urgent for me. My Registration Id is 477512894 and Candidate Id is MS0996593995.

They usually reply within 1 business day after you ask your question. I believe their business hours don't start for another 5 hours from now, so it will likely be many hours before they reply.
Recommend you check periodically to see if they have responded to your question starting about 8 hours from now. It is important to manually check since their email notification system doesn't work sometimes.
