Unable to use remotye desktop

Hi team.

This is David one of the user of remote desktop in the Windows 10 PC when I try to connect the remote desktop I am getting an error message saying " Your computer could not connect to another console session on the remote computer because you already have a console session in progress"

Please let me know the resolution and the trouble shooting steps for this issue.

    To further resolve this issue, please kindly try below steps:

    1.Go to task bar and check if there's any relatead process/service running.

    2.Restart the windows client and try to launch RDP again.
