SharePoint Share message automated

Question

Hi all,

When you are sharing folders and files on SharePoint has anyone managed to have automated text appear in the Message area on the SharePoint Share window.

We always want to send the same T&Cs when sharing files and folders with third parties.

Thank you for posting in this community.

Unfortunately, SharePoint doesn't have an out-of-the-box way to set up templates for sharing message at the moment. This is designed by SharePoint, and we are unable to change it at this time.
