Not getting access to identity provider

Hi folks,

I'm facing an issue while access the 'identity provider" Section in Azure AD B2C. Where i've the following permssions,

  • Global Administrator
  • User Administrator
  • External Identity Administrator (Recommended for Enabling Identity Provider)

I can get access to every section in Azure AD B2C, But not in the identity provider section.

I'm actually stuck in this point of not getting the access.

If anyone has the answer. please let me know. I would be really helpful for me

    Hi @Mahamudul Roky ,

    If you have the correct permissions and licensing, it sounds like you might not be in the right B2C tenant or may not have followed all of the steps to create the B2C tenant. For example, if I go to my regular Entra ID (non-B2C) tenant, and go to B2C > Overview > the Identity Providers menu does not show.
