Will SharePoint Migration Tool create Power Automate flows from Sharepoint 2013 workflows?

I have been creating workflows in Designer for years on SPOL and now need to move them to PA based on an email that the old ones are gone in 2 years. I read that the SPMT will migrate workflows but it only looks like from on-prem systems. Is this true? Any other ideas if SPMT is not an option?

TIA, Kevin

Yes, SPMT is used to migrate SharePoint server workflow to SharePoint online Power Automate.

Currently, for converting SharePoint online workflow to Power Automate, you could try to use third-party tool or manually re-create flows according to workflows.
